Hi, my name is Keely, I am an LCSW whose specialty is being trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and present. I have worked with a variety of clients and with almost all types of symptoms and my goal with each was to help them feel heard, understood, and supported. I enjoy making psychoeducation accessible and helping people have a better understanding of themselves and their emotions. If you are feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed or are unsure if therapy is right for you but you're out of other ideas, please reach out! I am happy to invite you into my practice, or if I am not the best fit (and that's okay too!) to help you find who might be the best person for you.

Hi! I'm Susan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist trained as a medical and psychiatric social worker. I've built my career around the connection between physical and mental health, and I often work with people facing more than one challenge at once. Trauma, grief and loss, and significant anxiety are some of the areas I help clients with most. I'm an educator as much as a therapist. I want you to understand the why and how of what you're going through, along with the choices you have for working through it. I love helping people uncover the layers of their history and make changes so they can enjoy the present more. After all these years, my clients are still my biggest inspiration. Their courage and willingness to open up to change is what makes this work so rewarding. As your therapist, I promise to listen, be honest, and tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. Therapy can feel scary, but think of me as a bright light in your darkest places. One of my favorite sayings sums it up: "Life is not measured by the breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away." Those "aha" moments are what therapy is all about. Change is inevitable, so why not learn to manage it well? One's life is far more important than a car, and a lot more complex, so let's learn to drive yours better. I look forward to meeting you! Susan Patterson, LCSW
Relationship issues and Anxiety issues are two areas for which undergraduate and graduate students seek my services. Relationships: High conflict, unproductive conflict, sexual struggles, grief over a break-up, premarital concerns. Anxiety: Most students who see me for anxiety have panic, crushing worry, obsessive thoughts, or trouble sleeping. In practice for over 20 years, I'm a licensed psychologist who works from research-based approaches. We track progress from your point of view to make sure we hit the ground running and immediately start in the direction you desire.
I provide individual therapy for college students and previously worked at a college counseling center. I work with individuals around a variety of topics, which include body image, eating disorders, grief and loss, identity exploration and development, athletic performance, sex and sexuality, chronic pain, anxiety, depression and trauma. I am both a talk therapist and art therapist, so students have the option when working with me to incorporate art making if they'd like too (but there's no pressure). I also was a collegiate athlete myself and tend to work well with student athletes. Please reach out if you feel like we could be a good fit- I'd be happy to help!
Welcome! I bring warmth, authenticity and genuine care to each person’s therapy journey. As a full-time instructor at Ball State University for over a decade and later at Marian University, I understand and engage well with young women who are seeking undergraduate and graduate degrees and may be struggling with issues related to family or love relationships, depression, anxiety, self-esteem or stress; sexual assault, other past or present trauma, perfectionism, stress, family separation, and/or sexual orientation/sexuality. I am available in the afternoons and occasionally have evening spots open up. Please contact me if you would like to schedule a consultation or an initial session. I accept Anthem, Encore, UMR, Aetna, United, and any Blue Cross Blue Shield plan from any state. I do not accept Medicaid/Medicare. Thank you! Warmly, Tammi :)

This understanding allows for an individual treatment plan to be created which may include medication management, motivational interviewing and brief supportive therapy to address my client's needs. I believe that the best treatment outcomes are found in a multidisciplinary treatment approach, therefore I often encourage my patients to consider combined treatment with therapists. Stressful life events and trauma can lead to disconnection from one’s self and others. This disconnection can manifest as anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Through therapy, you can heal and build a more connected and fulfilling life. As a Clinical Psychologist with 18 years psychotherapy experience, I work with individuals and couples integrating cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and existential approaches to therapy. Therapy might involve coping skills, emotional awareness, mind-body connection, learning new ways of thinking and interacting to improve quality of life and relationships, and finding meaning. My areas of clinical focus include life transitions, anxiety, grief, interpersonal relationships, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, and sexuality. Integrative in nature, I draw from cognitive behavior therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, existential, interpersonal and mindfulness modalities. I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping patients ages 15 and up take charge of their mental health. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), prioritizing building meaningful therapeutic relationships that result in effective change. My approach is built on strong rapport, multiculturalism, and unconditional positive regard. A key belief that guides my understanding is that all people are deserving of an opportunity to heal. With this philosophy in mind over the years, I have helped patients manage distressing thoughts that impact social and occupational life, improve self-esteem and positive self-talk, practice new communication strategies to improve relationships, and reduce urges and cravings to promote recovery. While in my care, you can expect a structured and inviting environment that utilizes unconditional positive regard and cognitive restructuring to enhance your mental well-being. This could be internal, like self-esteem, negative thinking patterns, or mood instability. Or external, like social relationships, occupational anxieties, or family dynamics. No matter the focus, I believe in building trust as a core component to therapy. This helps cultivate an environment conducive to positive change. I value getting to know you on a deeper level to ensure a strong therapeutic relationship. Counseling theories are important, but what is most important to me is that you feel seen and heard in each session.
