Hello! My name is Morgan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since starting my career in 2015, I have worked in community-based mental health, private practice, schools and hospitals. Since 2021, I have primarily worked in tele-health, so I am well versed in making virtual sessions as comfortable and productive as possible. Before becoming a therapist, I played college volleyball. When I think of the most difficult times in my life, transitioning from high school to college is near the top. Trying to juggle living on my own (being homesick), college classes and a full-time volleyball schedule was no joke. I struggled with Depression and I wish I would have had someone to talk to, someone to help me adjust to this crazy time in my life. I want to be that person for others just like me. I’ve worked with children and adults dealing with life-changing situations, such as Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. However, I believe that therapy is for everyone, so even if you don’t feel you are dealing with severe issues, I also assist clients with stress, self-esteem issues, coping with general life changes, relationship issues, family conflicts, anger management, communication issues and coaching.

My name is Buck, I am relatable, empathic, and easy to talk to. I love working with teenagers and adults of all ages, including athletes. My clinical specialties include working with athletes struggling with performance anxiety, depression, burnout, difficult life transitions, occupational stress, low self-esteem and self-confidence, stress management. Clients who have made the most progress working with me have been those who identify as athletes or other performers, teenagers and adults of any gender. Regardless of athletic ability, I am always happy to be someone's teammate in their therapy process. Obtaining my dual master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport and Human Performance was just the start of my ongoing learning. Interventions I commonly focus on most include values identification, reframing thinking patterns, boundary setting, mindfulness, motivation exploration, and emotional regulation. I received my Master's in Social Work from New York University's Silver School of Social Work. I have years of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, eating disorders, as well as different phobias. I completed my undergraduate studies in Biology and Psychology at Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, and earned my medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Following that, I completed my residency in general psychiatry at the same institution. I have experience working in various clinical settings, including psychiatric emergency rooms, first-episode psychosis programs, obsessive-compulsive disorder clinics, and specialized psychiatric units in hospitals. I have also worked with diverse patient populations, such as refugees, veterans, and individuals from underserved urban and rural areas. My approach is centered around the patient and takes a holistic view. My treatment includes medication management along with a combination of supportive, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies.
