Tanya Kraege
College can be an exciting and transformative time, but it can also be overwhelming. Many students navigate academic pressure, shifting relationships, financial stress, identity exploration, and expectations that can feel impossible to meet. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, burnout, or simply feeling lost or disconnected, you deserve support that meets you where you are.
My practice offers a grounded, nonjudgmental space for college students to slow down, reflect, and understand what they’re experiencing. I work collaboratively with students to navigate both personal and systemic challenges common in higher education—especially for those who feel marginalized, misunderstood, or stretched thin. Together, we focus on strengthening coping strategies, regulating stress, building self-trust, and reconnecting to your goals and values.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in both clinical expertise and real-world experience supporting young adults. Therapy is not about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you feel more stable, empowered, and connected as you move through school and life.
I welcome undergraduate, graduate, and returning students from all backgrounds, including those balancing school with work, caregiving, or recovery. You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone—support is here when you’re ready.
