Sarah Jaeck
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for close to ten years, and I help teens, young adults, older adults, couples, and families work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and substance use. You do not have to be in crisis to begin therapy. Choosing to reach out simply means you have decided to invest in becoming the healthiest version of yourself, and I would be glad to support you in that.
My style is warm, supportive, and free of judgment. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and solution focused and trauma informed approaches, and I shape our work around what fits you. For clients who want it, I also offer faith based and Christian counseling. On your good days and your hard days, I will be a steady presence, helping you process what you are facing and find a way forward.
I see clients through WellQor, where I provide therapy entirely online, so you can meet with me from wherever feels comfortable.
