Rebekah Pecca
Life can feel unexpectedly heavy. When you’re navigating big changes, strained relationships, or moments where nothing feels steady, it can become overwhelming. You may find yourself overthinking, doubting your decisions, and feeling exhausted by daily demands, especially when it’s hard to access any sense of calm.
Many of my clients come to therapy carrying stress, worry, and frustration, while still holding onto the hope that things can get better. If that’s where you are, you’re in the right place. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
My approach is compassionate, warm, and straightforward. I blend a person-centered foundation with practical tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and strengthen your ability to respond to stress in healthier, more grounded ways.
Therapy with me is a real conversation, not cold or clinical. It’s a space where you can show up as yourself and begin to feel more like yourself again. Imagine feeling steadier, more confident in your choices, and able to move through challenges without feeling consumed by them. Relief is possible. Reaching out is the first step.
