My name is Letitia Huger-Hill, owner and psychotherapist of Positive Redirection, PLLC. We support you academically by offering Executive Function Coaching. Executive Function Coaching utilizes our digital programs that are scientifically designed to increase working memory and address attention deficits.

Along with addressing attention deficits, if you're feeling stuck and need help managing the emotions that follow, my aim is to help you understand the relationship between your thoughts and your feelings and facilitate life changing perspectives. We use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches to establish goals and find strategies to supporting your well being. We are so excited to work with you in becoming your best self!!!
