Madison Bernard
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both private practice and the public school system. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across many backgrounds, and I especially enjoy working with college students and young adults who are navigating self-esteem, identity exploration, life transitions, and/or social anxiety. My approach blends practical coping tools with deeper self-understanding. I often incorporate personality frameworks, attachment styles, and love languages to help clients make sense of their patterns and build more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
My approach incorporates techniques from evidence-based practices like Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide structure, coping skills, and guidance when helpful, but I see my clients as the experts of their own experiences. Together, we'll collaborate to identify your goals and shape a path forward.
Your first session is a chance to finally exhale and set down some of the weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll talk through your current concerns, explore what feels most important right now, and begin shaping clear goals. If you’ve been carrying a lot, feeling stuck, or just wanting things to feel a little lighter, you’re in the right place. Let's talk.
