I have supported young adults as undergrads and graduate students in balancing stress, anxiety, depression, work, relationships and family conflicts for over 20 years. Many students and graduates come to me during and after college in transition periods when they are dealing with academic, workplace, relationship and even conflicts with parents and siblings. While I often provide individual therapy, I have specialties in relationships (couples counseling) and adult family therapy (adult children, parents, siblings).
