Lauren Rodarte
I work with young adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, or the pressures of college and early adulthood. You may be struggling to feel confident in yourself, navigate relationships and life transitions, or cope with past experiences that continue to affect you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, helping you better understand yourself, build self-esteem, and feel more in control of your life. I offer EMDR when appropriate, with in-person sessions in South Pasadena or online throughout California. Bilingual therapy is available in English and Spanish.
