Suffering is a part of being human—whether it's grief, trauma, stress, or the quiet ache of loneliness. While we can’t always avoid pain, we can choose not to face it alone. I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we work through life’s challenges together.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, where I completed the Child & Family Mental Health and Wellness Concentration. As someone who was raised in a different culture and now practices in the U.S. as an international therapist, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to therapy that values and integrates diverse worldviews. I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan—from age 5 to 80—and my areas of focus include ADHD, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.
I’m here to walk beside you—at your pace, on your terms.
