Destinee Burch
Therapy can sometimes be intimidating, but I will work with you to provide the non-judgmental, safe space needed to aid you on your self-discovery and mental health journey. My style prioritizes your individual needs and remains open to change depending on what works best for your growth. To help, I use solution-focused interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based approaches, motivational interviewing and more.
Together we can work to find skills that will help you manage stressors, improve relationships, enforce boundaries, and cope with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and anger management. I work with all populations and also specialize in people of color and the LGBTQ+ community.
I look forward to joining you on your journey and helping you find the tools needed to allow you to live as a more authentic you.
