Let’s be real—mental health hasn’t always been easy to talk about, especially in communities where it’s brushed under the rug or seen as weakness. That’s why I’m here. I’m passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health, especially for people who’ve been taught to just “push through” or “deal with it.” I create a space where you can show up as your full self—no filters, no judgment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or deep-rooted trauma, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I grew up in an environment where trauma was part of everyday life, and people had little to no space to process what they were going through. That lived experience deeply shaped how I approach therapy. I combine trauma-informed care with psychoanalytic and attachment-based perspectives to help you better understand yourself and your relationships. Think of it as a journey inward—with support, guidance, and someone truly listening.
I’m passionate about supporting BIPOC communities and bring a deep, lived understanding of Middle Eastern, North African, and Arab cultures. As an immigrant, I get how hard it can be to find a therapist who truly understands the unique challenges that come with navigating life between cultures. I understand the complexities of navigating identity, family expectations, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” My clients often say it’s a relief to talk to someone who doesn’t need a whole backstory to understand their family dynamics, cultural values, or the unspoken expectations they’ve grown up with. Therapy feels different when you don’t have to explain the basics—when your therapist already speaks your language, both literally and culturally.
I offer culturally-affirming therapy that honors your story, your heritage, and the nuance that comes with straddling different worlds. This work isn’t just about healing—it’s about reconnecting with who you are at your core. My goal? To offer a safe, affirming space where you can heal, grow, and reclaim your voice. Because you deserve to feel seen, heard, and empowered to break free from old cycles.
